An innovative software platform and a tool that enables Red Cross organizations or similar humanitarian organizations to create and manage human-based safety nets and connect their members and users (elderly, blood donors, citizens…) more efficiently.

Red Cross software platform

Next-Gen Red Cross utility

Calling teams into action or calling for help/assistance and reporting on tasks performed or an incident has never been easier. Built-in location and GPS tracking and many other features.

Your safety net could include only your Red Cross organization with different groups and subgroups but also you can create a multi-organizational network. For example, the network could include local Red Cross organization, pensioners ‘association, voluntary blood donors’ association, some city services and others.

A powerful web-based app for the management, analysis and control of the network and broadcasting media-rich content to all members and users

Mobile app (for members, and/or users)

Extremely flexible, it can be used to report or respond to a situation. At the same time, it is one of the best safety mobile apps on the market

Smart panic button (optional)

Wireless, coin-sized push-button which connects with the mobile app. It is very useful in emergencies, for the elderly and disabled

Red Cross data management, analysis and reporting software

Collection, analysis and reporting from the field about the work of Red Cross organizations and members, reported incidents, which ultimately makes a great added value when deciding, planning and monitoring the work of Red Cross organizations.

Your safety net could include only your Red Cross organization with different groups and subgroups but also you can create a multi-organizational network. For example, the network could include local Red Cross organization, pensioners ‘association, voluntary blood donors’ association, some city services and others.

With Qdrome you can broadcast a message from its Control center (with pictures, videos, audio files and text) to the members of the Red Cross or just one Group (eg. blood donors) or subgroup (eg. blood donors with blood type A). Also, in the event of a flood, for example, you can inform all Red Cross members closest to the scene to go there immediately and help the elderly. They will instantly receive all the sent information on their mobile devices.

At the same time, every Red Cross member or user can broadcast a media-rich message with location and GPS tracking data to all members (responders) and the Control center and report the incident or situation. The possibilities are endless and you can tailor them to the needs of your Red Cross organization.

Important practical features for any Red Cross organization

Incidents and users data presentations and reporting

The Control center app can have several types of reporting in the form of a table, graph or heat map. Reports are available in PDF and CSV format. For example, the query can be “Show me all broadcasts by hours where the blood donors were called in the last 3 months” or “Show me only incidents related to elderly people in the last year”, etc.

Map reports

The Red Cross volunteers can report events with locations in which people need home care, medical assistance, food delivery, and so on. Or they can simply report completed tasks to the Control center.

Heat maps

The concentration of broadcasts for home care, delivery of hot meals and food, emergency actions, incidents and other events can also be seen in the form of a heat map.

Graph reports

The graph shows the number of events reported by Red Cross staff and volunteers by the hour. The graph can also show the number of events in a certain period on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Customizable PDF or CSV reports

Reports are an important feature for a Group Administrator. Equally important is the ability to customize the data and generate reports tailored to specific needs, which can then be exported in PDF or CSV format.

Broadcast types & tags

Members of Red Cross teams can use predefined tags when reporting events. In addition to significantly speeding up communication during the incident, it later enables high-quality analysis and filtering of the collected data and the creation of reports in the Control center.

The tags that will be used for a particular type of broadcast or the Group as a whole are defined by the Group administrator. For example: Food delivered, Ambulance called, Ambulance arrived, Heart problems, Breathing problems etc.

Red Cross teams real-time tracking

In the Control center app, the movement and route of the Red Cross team or a member on duty in a car or on foot can be monitored on the map (real-time GPS tracking), and the route remains recorded in the database for later analysis and archiving.

User roles and management

Group user management, such as inviting users to the group, assigning certain roles, deleting from the group, etc., is the task of the Group Administrator (via Qdrome Control center). Users are all members of your group.

There are two user roles: Regular users and Responders. Regular users (eg blood donors, Red Cross youth, elderly people receiving assistance) can use the mobile app to call for help and assistance, report events and incidents while Responders (Red Cross members) can respond to them, but they can also report events and incidents themselves. As a Group Administrator, you can give custom names to your users and Responders.

There is also a role of Recruiter who has all the privileges of a Responder plus the ability to recruit new Red Cross members, aid recipients, blood donors,  (invite new users to the group) through the Qdrome mobile application.

Red Cross area geo-boundaries

Personnel in the Control room can divide the area into zones of activity of a specific Red Cross team and determine geo-boundaries for individual neighborhoods to have an overview of the zones in which certain teams move, for easier organization and non-overlapping.
